- Load tape into slot as shown.
- Push tape until it stops.
- Pull release peg toward letter wheel and push tape approximately 1 inch.
- Release the release peg. Use the lever to advance the tape until it is sticking out of the other side of the machine.
- Push handle away to cut off tape.
- You are now ready to make your label. * Remember to allow the lever to return to the home position between each letter.
- After you are done with the letters and numbers, pull the lever to the advance stage 5 or 6 times before you cut it off.
- * Note: While your LBL 2000 is new, you may experience some sticking of the tape in the letter/number wheel. This will cause a jam. To prevent this always rotate the wheel in a clockwise rotation after each letter. After your LBL 2000 is broke in, this step will not be required.
